Spam IS Legal, what do you know

Spam is not illegal, at least not in the state of Virginia. I'm not surprised. If they banned spam, they would have to ban people from speaking:

Scenario 1:

person1: @#$@$$!!!! stupid $@#$@!!!!
person2: I don't have to take any of your swearing. SEE you in court!

Scenario 2:
person1: We're no strangers to love, You know the rules and so do I, A full commitment's what I'm thinking of...
person2: I don't have to listen to you singing that awful song. SEE you in court!

I'm not glad that spam is legal, I'm just worried about living in a world where spam is made illegal.
